A site update and next moves...

The framework and menu systems are pretty-well complete. It has proved impossible to embed the gallery into the CMS despite assorted methodologies and attempts - but in many ways it is actually better not to do so and retain tighter contol on access.

It is the gallery and the discussion lists that will be the mainstay of this site. There are already over 1100 images uploaded and most have been categorised and labelled - members with access are invited to add their comments to them and add to debate - and add more images. This could become - will become a premier image database for vets.

New members should join the discussion lists for maximum diversity and shared knowledge and indeed current discussion list members should register here to access and benefit from the gallery.

The public section of the gallery affords a place of fun and memory for our pet-owning friends.

Remaining stuff on my to-do list is now mostly that of tweaking the templates and chivvying membership for more content - although there are now some wonderful endoscopy series uploaded by Phillip -a must see!
